ACCOMMODATION IN BRIEF

Orchard Barn is the larger of the 2 barns we have for rental & has two 1st floor bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin) + 2 x (75cm wide) single beds that can be zipped together to form a king sized double bed on request (see layout below). This part of the barn sleeps 6 and has catering / dining facilities for up to 10 guests. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with shower over & a shower room downstairs all with under floor heating, contemporary fittings and fully tiled.

INCLUDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

Your accommodation package includes all bed linen, at least 2 luxury towels per person, and a welcome pack' containing tea, coffee, milk, sugar and a few other mainly local items.

We also provide some toiletries, washing machine & dishwasher tablets.

Everything is provided for you, including a supply of logs and kindling for the log stoves free of charge.  Prices include VAT and there are no hidden extras, all you need bring is the additional food and drink not already in your welcome pack.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

The under-floor heating & hot-water are powered by a Ground Source Heat Pump and supplimented by the Solar PV Panels. The FSC hardwood timber windows are decorated with Farrow & Ball Eco friendly paints and a rainwater is collected for garden watering. All our appliances are 'A' rated and we also use local suppliers wherever possible.
